Bumper and poster design for Toronto Animated Arts Festival International - Industry

We were approached by TAAFI (Toronto Animation Arts Festival International) to create an eye-catching poster and a fun signal film for their industry conference, aiming to attract professionals from various corners of the animation world.
Our job was to come up with designs that truly captured the essence of the conference while staying true to TAAFI's fun brand. To show the diverse crowd coming together, we decided to make a video featuring a bunch of animated characters dancing. It was a way to showcase the collaboration and creativity you find in the animation community.
Throughout the process, we focused on making designs that felt authentic to the conference's inclusive vibe, steering clear of the usual event clichés. Our goal was to bring fresh ideas that would connect with a wide audience and showcase what makes the TAAFI industry conference unique.
When we presented our work, TAAFI loved it! They thought our visuals really captured the conference's lively and welcoming feel. It was great to see our designs resonate so well with both the client and the diverse professionals attending the TAAFI industry conference.
